We bet you have a habit of making New Year’s resolution. And if we know anything about our users, your resolutions will be connected with running. IN fACT Actually, people who make resolutions are more successful in achieving their desires than those who don’t make, so it is definitely a ritual worth repeating. We prepared a list of achievable goals for 2017.
THESE TIPS MIGHT BE SHORT BUT  BRINGS YOU LOT
1. Run more
Try to run 10-20% more than you did previous year. Eventually try increasing your distance per week to beat your last year’s record. To make it easier for you, see point 2. 
2. Run regularly
Consistency is the MASTER Key for any good cause/habit. Make it sure you run 3 times per week. At the weekend, review your schedule for the next week and make required adjustments to have time for 3 practices.  
3. Find a buddy
According to most studies, practicing with a friend or with a team leads to dramatic improvement in your performance . Try running with a friend or find a group in your surrounding, and you’ll see how workouts will become easier and more enjoyable. 
4. Sign up for a race
Find a race in a few months that inspires and make it your goal to get ready to it. Make sure to give you enough time to train yourself, use a special plan and stick to it. 
5. BE PROUD to Call yourself a runner
Learn to celebrate your achievements. Running is an important part of your life, then you’re a runner, no matter how fast or how far you run y.ou just need to reach your destination
Use 2017 to improve both physically and mentally, work on your body, results and emotions. Learn to love and accept yourself and work on self-improvement. We wish you to achieve all your goals in the upcoming year!
